What a fantastic turnout from the New Zealand insurance industry! Resonate 2024, the insurance innovation event held on November 7th, brought together industry leaders and innovators for an insightful afternoon and offered an engaging look into where things are headed for the future of insurance.
 
The event included thoughtful sessions on adapting to new regulations, like Open Banking and the Consumer Data Rights Bill; fresh approaches to improving customer experiences with technology; insights on global and local insurance trends; and how digital tools are transforming customer interactions and distribution of insurance. Four demos from leading New Zealand insurtechs rounded out the afternoon with examples of innovation in action!
